The Fruit juice made out of sugar, fruit pulp and preservatives. Well known fruit pulps juices are Mango, Apple, Lemon and Pineapple. First water has to treat to the Beverages standard for processing. The processed water is then collected sugar and food grade carbon are added and heated to the required temperature. The heated sugar solution is well agitated by an Agitator.
After thirty minutes the hot sugar and carbon mixer is pumped to the filter press where the activated carbon with sediments in the granulated sugar are removed and the clear sugar solution cooled from 79° C to 15° C by way of plate heat exchangers and sent to Blending tanks. In the blending tanks process water, sugar syrup, diluted fruit pulp and preservatives are added and agitated thoroughly and kept for Homogenization.
Then the same is Homogenized and pumped to the holding tank. The Ready to Serve Beverage is pumped to Pasteurization unit where the product is heated and sent to filler.
SYNTHETIC JUICE
The Synthetic juice made out of sugar, flavor and preservatives. Well known Synthetic juices are Apple, Orange, Grape, Strawberry, Lemon and Cherry. First water has to treat to the Beverages standard for processing. The processed water is then collected sugar and food grade carbon are added and heated to the required temperature. The heated sugar solution is well agitated by an Agitator.

Then the same is pumped to Pasteurization unit where the product is heated and sent to filler at ambient temperature.
SEMI AUTO FRUIT PULP JUICE LINES

The new pet bottles are rinsed by manual by way of nozzles. The rinsed bottles are dumped in the collection tank, which is attached with the rinser. The water line should be connected by customer from the overhead tank to get the sufficient pressure for rinsing.
The fruit pulp has to be mixed with treated water, Sugar syrup and food grade chemicals manually and keep stock for every four hours production. The mixed fruit pulp beverage has to pour in the SS Juice blending tank. In the tank juice will mix properly and will go the filling machine tank through homogenizer and pasteurizer. The juice used heated up by way of Boiler.
The rinsed pet bottles used pick from conveyor and insert in to neck flats of rotary filling machine by manual. While rotation, the neck flats move upwards with the bottles to press the filling valves for filling by way of mechanical cam. The filling temperature of juice is @ 60˚C to 70˚C. The rotary filler connected with pasteurizer. Then the filled bottles used transfer capping head. Then the capped bottles used collect manually.
The rotary filler connected with Pasteurizer. After capping Collection of bottles and labeling work by manual. Labeling work should start after reach the room temperature of the bottles.
PULP PROCESSING LINES
The quality fruits are dumped in the hopper by manual, which is kept out of the plant. The dumped fruits are passes to the belt conveyor from bottom of the hopper for cleaning. The fruits are cleaned and shaved by manual and removal particles have to be collected in the separate bins instead throwing on the floor. Then the cleaned mangos are sent to the hot water tank for complete washing.
The washed fruits are transferred to the pulp processing unit by way of screw conveyor. After crushing the wastages and nuts are removed by way of another screw conveyor and dumped in the bin which is positioned at outside of the plant.
The Pulp is transferred to storage tank after filtration from the processing unit. The filtered pulp is collected in another tank. The filtered pulp goes to the tanks for the stirrer operation. The final pulp after stirrer used to pack in the different size of containers.
